SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

As the items in our online store are currently available for curb-side pick-up only, Creatures Featured has not established a shipping policy. As we add to the inventory in our store, so too will we begin to offer shipping services. This section will be updated at that time.

Return & Exchange Policy

LIVESTOCK: Creatures Featured does not not accept returns on live feeders or plants. The reason being, once they leave our shop we no longer have control over how they are handled, cared for, or what pathogens they might have been exposed to.
DRYGOODS: All of our products come from suppliers we trust and have established a relationship with. They are things we use here in our shop as well as for our personal pets. All items from outside manufacturers in our online shop are guaranteed new, unopened, and to be as described, unless you request us to demonstrate a particular item when you are here. If you order the wrong item, no longer want the item you order, or it is not as described we accept returns, with a receipt, on unopened, unused products only. We may have you call the product's customer support line for troubleshooting if we can't help directly. If a product is broken or damaged upon receipt, we will take care of you. Just email us with an order number and picture of the item, or bring it back to the shop in person with your receipt.
